First, you must sign into your account using your email address. Once you are logged in you can browse the selection of prizes and choose the item that is within your range of points. Once the transaction is complete, Job1USA will contact you via email to notify you that your redemption has been received, and in some cases, to confirm the information on file in order to send out the reward you chose. Make sure you monitor your inbox so that you don't miss out on important updates regarding your redemption. Yes, it's that simple!
Your membership will last for up to 90 days of inactivity. Once your 90 days of inactivity has occurred you will then have to contact our support team to re-activate your account. Deactivated members will still retain all points collected during the period of activity. Any employee that is terminated for violations of company policy or that voluntarily quits without proper notice will forfeit all points and their account will be deleted.
Program Conditions: Points for hours worked begin to accumulate in the quarter that you register your email address; previous quarters will not be considered. Points Accumulation categories are subject to change any time, at the discretion of Job1USA. Job1USA has the right to deactivate any cardholder at any time for violations of our employment policies and procedures. Job1Rewards redemptions may be considered taxable compensation; for further information please see IRS Publication 525.
